Amazon was and is always under serious criticisms across the glob for violation of human rights by abusing its employees. This is unchangeable as Amazon is founded on the basis of “Least interest for workers, Most expansion for company.”
Even if all news agencies spark facts around this wrong foundation, it’s impossible to fix it. Recently, in a move to react to the criticisms, the Amazon company decided to rise the salaries a bit more, some thing which is more like an insult to some workers than a promotion.
Amazon.com, acting against the low-quality working environments and conditions at its warehouses, has been added a rise of 55 cents an hour, according to personnel. For example, for an average worker, this rise will make the income up to $13.2 an hour since the last 4 years.
Amazon’s policies hurting many lives, even the US administration is in front line against the company which has offered a tiny rise while the inflation rate and banks interests in US are doubled. It seems that with these poor living conditions to Americans, the company might decide to use cheap Chinese workers and immigrants to some extends. Therefore, it makes it necessary for law makers to restrict the use of foreign forces in domestic sections of the American companies.
